Job Overview :
We are seeking a Front Desk Concierge who will serve as the friendly face of The Gathering Place, providing exceptional service to our residents and guests. This role is essential in fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere while ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk.
Responsibilities :
Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information.Manage resident requests, reservations for common areas, and service requests.Coordinate deliveries, mail distribution, and package handling.Assist with community events, activities, and social programs.Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.Monitor building security by tracking visitor logs and assisting with safety protocols.Provide administrative support to management as needed.Qualifications :
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk roles preferred.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle resident concerns with professionalism.Proficiency with office software, scheduling systems, and basic administrative tasks.A friendly, helpful, and service-oriented attitude.What We Offer :
