Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the strategic planning and expansion of social and recreational programs based on market research and community needs.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and ongoing management of existing and new programs, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, local businesses, and key stakeholders to enhance program visibility and impact.
- Use key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate program success and guide decisions regarding program expansion, modification, or discontinuation.
- Develop and maintain an annual calendar of events and programs to ensure consistent community engagement and program visibility.
- Identify new funding opportunities, including grants, corporate sponsorships, and individual donations to support both new and existing programs, then partner with the grants team to pursue.
