We’re looking for a friendly and tech-savvy Community Outreach Representative to join our team. You’ll help make sure our installations go smoothly and connect with customers to get feedback and grow our business.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Operations Manager to ensure quality window, roofing, and siding installations.
- Call customers to ask about their installation experience.
- Encourage customers to leave 5-star reviews.
- Visiting 1-2 installs a day.
- Assist with sales and marketing tasks.
Requirements:
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience with video, photography, and editing.
- Friendly and able to talk to people easily.
Pay: $15 per hour
