The Jump Gastropub and Marketplace offer great food, music, entertainment, drive-through, take-out, cafe, and bar service every day. We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Evening Servers and DayBar Staff
The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, and eager to learn. This person is focused on ensuring customers are comfortable and cares about how the indoor and outdoor facilities look at any time. This team provides guests with an excellent dining experience through fun, friendly and efficient service.
Hours and days can be flexible. between 6am-4 pm. Perfect for students or a second job. We prefer you work at least one weekend day.
Essential Functions:
- Greet guests upon entrance and guide them through check-in process.
- Assist guests with food orders.
- Answer guests’ questions about menu items, service, and policies.
- Coordinate with the rest of the team to ensure timely service is provided including assisting with prep and plating when the kitchen is busy.
- Help ensure all tables are clean and tidy.
- Maintain a clean work area, outdoor entry, and indoor reception area
- Assist with clearing tables after each meal to ensure that all food has been served and all guests have left.
- Other duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
- Restaurant and/or Customer Service background
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic make the work day fly by.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to maintain professional appearance and communication with team members.
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required for events throughout the year.
