Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy education, physical education, and overall child development.
- Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, using positive reinforcement techniques to guide children in their social interactions.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child’s progress, challenges, and achievements.
- Observe and assess each child's development and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
- Foster an atmosphere of respect and cooperation among students to enhance their social skills.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to create a cohesive educational program that aligns with curriculum standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in childcare or preschool settings is required.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and classroom management strategies.
- Familiarity with early childhood education principles, including literacy education and physical education practices.
