Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive inspections of residential and commercial properties to detect pest infestations.
- Identify the type of pests present and assess the severity of the infestation.
- Develop and execute tailored pest control treatment strategies.
- Apply pesticides and other pest control products adhering strictly to safety protocols.
- Install traps, baits, and other preventive measures to curb pest activity.
- Educate customers on proper sanitation practices to prevent future infestations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of services rendered and complete necessary documentation.
Skills:
- Proficiency in handling machinery, power tools, hand tools, and equipment utilized in pest control operations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to effectively tackle pest-related challenges.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with customers and articulate treatment plans clearly.
