Essential Functions:
1. Answer phones and voicemail
2. Organize incoming faxes
3. Answer door buzzer
4. Offer friendly service to those entering the building or calling on the phone
5. Maintain lobby area and front desk area
6. Create and email call list daily
7. Notify staff regarding their appointment arrivals
8. Greet visitors and assist new applicants, including providing them with applications, pens, and clipboards
9. Deescalate various situations (may involve clients, landlords, etc)
10. Accept packages and client/landlord paperwork.
