Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and develop individualized care plans
- Work with a Spanish-speaking case load.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as social workers, counselors, and healthcare providers, to ensure holistic care for clients
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments, as needed
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to empower clients and promote positive behavior change
- Advocate for clients' rights and ensure they receive the necessary support and services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and progress
Qualifications:
- Must speak Spanish
- Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field, preferred
- Knowledge of addiction counseling, behavioral health, and crisis management principles
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with individuals in need
