The Field Service Technician will

• Travel in the designated territory. (Greater Jonesboro Area)
• Troubleshoot, service and repair Dock / Door equipment.
• Perform these duties on Bay Doors, Levelers, Springs, Seals, Bumpers etc.
• Communicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders.
• Be responsible for scheduled preventative maintenance as well as new installs and emergency repairs
• Maintain and promote an above and beyond safety culture.
• Complete all necessary documentation and reports in a timely manner.
• Represent the company with professionalism.

Qualified Candidates should

• Live within 90 miles of Greater Jonesboro Area.
• Have 5 years’ relevant experience. OR
• A 5-year mix of advanced education experience.
• Have valid driver's license, forklift certification
• Have strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Be able to lift 75 lbs unassisted.
