Come join our team! We have an immediate need for a Program Manager for a variety of clients in the Northeast. The position will report to our Edison, New Jersey Office.

Recently, Global Infrastructure Solutions Inc. (GISI), the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International, Inc., consolidated a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to create a larger, more efficient, and cost-effective team to serve our clients. LiRo-Hill is now a 1,100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston and Edison, NJ.
Responsibilities
- Management project teams and multiple direct reports
- Work with Sr. Program Manager and Principle in Charge to access client capital programs
- Develop win plans and work with Client Account Managers to align strategic plans and business goals
- Ensures timely and quality completion of project work within budget
- Communicates directly with clients and maintains strong business relationships
- Provides technical evaluations, advice, and guidance in areas of expertise
- Collaborates with technical leaders and other business units to supplement expertise and provide clients with wholistic and innovative solutions
- Manage construction projects as well as contractor compliance with project documents
- Assess impact of change requests or delays on the project schedule and budget
- Ensure compliance with the project specific construction and/or project management plans
Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of successful construction and project management combined experience with emphasis in transit/rail projects
- 5 years minimum management experience of a project team and/or direct reports
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering
- PE, CCM or PMP required
- Strong communication skills at multiple project levels ranging from trades to executives
- Provide leadership in all areas of scheduling, safety, and quality
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks
