Responsibilities
- Review sales reports to determine progress and status in attaining objectives. Revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions to grow location’s revenues.
- Maintain and enhance vendor and customer relations. As well as relationship with all affiliates to uphold company’s image.
- Evaluates performance of employees within their branch by reviewing all hiring, salary and disciplinary decisions.
- Responsible for answering phones, taking orders from customers or giving status of previous order and giving customers quotes on material.
- Conflict resolution between employees and/or departments within branch.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Regularly lift up to 25lbs
- Be able to walk, stand, or lift the entire shift
- Knowledge of PVF is a plus
- Experience and knowledge of P21 a plus
- Chauffeur's license is also a bonus.
- While industry experience is encouraged, it is not required in order to be successful in this role.
Work Setting
Greensboro, North Carolina
Monday - Friday, day shift
OT on some Saturdays, 8 AM - 12 PM
