What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitor position at The Phoenix Group LLC?
About us
We are a small property management company with three apartment buildings around downtown Morgantown.
We are looking for someone with their own transportation who can get from building to building, works well independently, and is reliable. No prior cleaning or maintenance experience is needed but it is a plus. This position is to primarily cover our cleaning needs, however if the employee wants to assist our maintenance staff on select projects, that can be done as well. Below are some of the basic tasks required with this job.
- vacuuming entryways and corridors
- dusting furniture and light fixtures
- mopping tile floors
- cleaning glass entryway windows and doors
- picking up trash around building
- changing lightbulbs in hallways
- cleaning out trash cans and dumpster area
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
