Responsibilities:

• Operate industrial dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Ensure all kitchenware meets sanitation and quality standards before use.
• Handle and store all dishes and utensils properly, adhering to safety and hygiene guidelines.
• Assist kitchen staff with food prep and cleaning tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dishwashing area and surrounding areas.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in a busy and sometimes noisy kitchen environment.
