The Potter’s House seeks a collaborative and results-driven Paid Media Specialist to join the Partnership Development Team, reporting to the Director of Partner Development. This role focuses on acquiring new supporters for our partner program, specifically targeting audiences outside the Dallas-Fort Worth region. Leveraging insights from third-party agencies and working closely with internal teams, the ideal candidate will optimize performance media campaigns to enhance donor acquisition and expand our global impact.
Duties & Responsibilities: Responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Collaborate with the Director of Partner Development to develop and execute paid media campaigns aimed at growing the partner program Processing invoices into system
- Plan and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and programmatic networks, focusing on conversions and donor acquisition.
- Work with the ED of Marketing’s paid media team and creative resources to ensure cohesive strategies and shared insights
- Gather feedback and data from third-party agencies to scale successful campaigns quickly and effectively.
- Use HubSpot CRM to integrate campaign data, track audience behavior, and support donor segmentation.
- Create engaging ad content that aligns with monthly partner program offers and appeals to targeted donor motivations
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance (e.g., CTR, CPA, ROAS) and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Stay informed on emerging digital media trends to identify new opportunities for campaign growth
- Manage campaign budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources for optimal results
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3 years of hands-on experience managing performance media campaigns, preferably in a nonprofit or faith-based setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta platforms, and programmatic advertising tools.
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM for campaign tracking and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and performance optimization.
- Exceptional ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners.
