The Proprietors Bar & Table is a seasonal restaurant, located in Nantucket, MA.
We are currently seeking a Pastry Assistant for our upcoming season, starting in early April 2025.
We operate a fast-paced, focused kitchen that draws inspiration from many different cuisines. We're seeking a Pastry Assistant who is looking to work in a high volume, collaborative environment.
This is an open, inclusive, team-oriented environment. Kitchen team members are all expected to work together to accomplish common goals.
The Pastry assistant will be responsible for daily production of all pastry department projects, including breads, desserts, and occasional special event items. They will be tasked with prep for both savory and pastry kitchens.
We are looking for a high energy, detail-oriented person who can take direction as well as collaborate on menu items and specials.
