WFM Chophouse is a new upscale/casual steakhouse bringing refined flavors and innovative dishes to Falmouth. We are seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to lead our dessert program and collaborate on an exciting, elevated menu.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate to Create & Execute a high-quality dessert and pastry menu that aligns with our steakhouse concept.
- Production of all pastry and dessert items, ensuring consistency and excellence.
- Lead & Train team members on pastry techniques and execution.
- Ordering/Inventory- Work with the Executive Chef to track product inventory.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a High-Volume upscale restaurant setting.
- Passion for menu development and creating fresh seasonal ideas.
- Strong plating skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen.
