Responsibilities :
- After a thorough orientation period and under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, provide effective nursing care that leads to positive clinical outcomes as well as patient and family satisfaction.
- Manage patient care by performing nursing assessments and delegating care tasks to LPNs and Nursing Assistants.
- Work collaboratively with the nursing team, interdisciplinary staff, patients, and families to develop comprehensive and effective care plans.
- Communicate pertinent patient information with assigned staff during and between shifts to ensure continuity of care.
