Quality Technician
QUALIFICATIONS
- Test and inspect product at various stages of production process.
- Process, compile and evaluate statistical data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products.
- Interpret engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, or formulas and confer with management or engineering staff to determine quality and reliability standards.
- Possess strong communication skills with the ability to train others.
- Knowledge and application of SPC is a plus.
- Good PC, data entry and ability to work in spreadsheets.
- Possess a positive can do attitude, demonstrating a proactive instead of reactive approach.
- Possess a willingness to learn and seek personal growth.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to stoop, bend, and twist repetitively.
- Ability to lift up to and including 5 lbs.
- Ability to stand on feet 12 hours per day.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review Spec Sheets to determine if the product is meeting the customer specifications.
- Ensure proper documentation on all customer returns through final disposition.
- Complete receiving inspection.
- Conduct Quality Tests as required.
- Work with plant personnel to prevent rejects form reoccurring.
- Complete miscellaneous projects as assigned by supervisor and or manager.
- Continuous learning and willingness to seek personal growth.
- Demonstrate attention to detail.
- Support AIB Certification.
- Punctuality and regular attendance.
