What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cook position at The Sedgwick?

The Sedgwick in Vancouver, WA is looking for full and part-time cooks to join our 19 person strong team. We are located on 801 Washington Street. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and engaged.

Responsibilities

Set up workstations
Cook dishes to business standards
Follow health and safety guidelines
Prepare ingredients for use during shift

Qualifications

Proven working experience as a cook
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
Strong attention to detail
Ability to listen and communicate effectively

Wage is hourly plus tips. Tips average between $8-$12 additional per hour.
