This is a fully in-person position with no opportunities for remote work. |
The Impact of This Position: |
This position is critical in enhancing The Shelter's visibility and influence across community and media channels. By leading communications and public relations efforts, this role ensures consistent and impactful branding for The Shelter and its programs, including the Options Thrift Shoppe. With strategic marketing, social media engagement, and media relations, the position aims to expand The Shelter's presence locally and nationally, foster community support, and strengthen fundraising efforts. This role is ideal for a communications professional dedicated to making a meaningful impact in public awareness, fundraising, and advocacy for The Shelter’s vital mission; to prevent, protect, and prevail against domestic violence and human trafficking. |
