Prior to organizing and starting The Struthoff Company, Lynn had an extensive construction industry career, and carried out all levels of key industry roles; from Field Superintendent to Project Manager to Operations Management. These years of experience allowed Lynn the opportunity to not only acquire real world construction industry knowledge, but to also hone his leadership skills and to become a proven industry professional; all culminating in the formation of The Struthoff Company. Today, professionalism... and leadership at The Struthoff Company are fundamental elements that run through the entire organization.
