The Systems Group is looking for an energetic individual to be our next Financial Accountant. We are looking for someone to help with the day-to-day issues that pop up but to also be part of the big picture and contribute to the long-term strategy of our operations across the country. Financial Accountant Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepares monthly company financial statements and distributes statements and analysis reports to appropriate managers.
- Prepares, files and maintains property and real estate tax records for multi-company corporate group.
- Prepares, files and maintains Franchise Tax returns, corporate representation forms and relationships, state licenses, tax accounts and contractor’s licenses for multi-company corporate group in each state business is conducted.
- Primary point of contact for outside tax accountants in matters relating to State and Federal income tax return filings and issues.
- Helps prepare documentation for multi-company income tax returns to ensure timely and accurate filing.
- Assists as an Audit Coordinator for yearly financial audits as well as state and federal income tax audits as they arise.
- Performs a wide variety of Compliance and administrative duties to support the work of the Management Team.

Financial Accountant Job Skills:
Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
Experience and Experience & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an accounting or finance environment
- Experience supporting executive level leadership, preferably in a medium to large size company
