What are the responsibilities and job description for the Research Technician position at The University of Manchester?
We are recruiting a self-motivated Research Technician to support an NC3R funded research project to develop a human ex vivo model of arterial thrombosis, involving the use of human placentas, for future use in the safety testing of medicines and in understanding pregnancy complications.
The successful candidate must have experience in previous technical support in a range of project-specific research activities including : the running and troubleshooting of experiments as well as the maintenance and teaching of research-associated equipment.
Candidates must have a relevant QCF level qualification and research laboratory working experience.
