• Mitigate customer complaints efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in leadership experience.
• Four years of experience in manufacturing management or similar roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Two years' leadership in customer service management.
• Proven ability to develop and implement business strategies.
• Four years of experience in financial assessment, including P&L and budgeting.
• Skilled multitasker with a record of managing multiple projects.
