- Serve as the communication bridge with the District Operations Manager.
- Comprehend financial elements such as P&L, budgetary metrics, and capital planning.
- Nurture customer relationships through active engagement.
- Mitigate customer complaints efficiently.

- Strategize multi-year business plans for branch growth.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in leadership experience.
- Four years of experience in manufacturing management or similar roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Two years' leadership in customer service management.
- Proven ability to develop and implement business strategies.
- Four years of experience in financial assessment, including P&L and budgeting.
- Skilled multitasker with a record of managing multiple projects.
