Job Title: Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish)
Position Summary: : The Parish/Bookstore Service Representative will ensure our magazine’s timely and successful delivery by providing customer service to our customers, telemarketers, and internal teams via inbound and outbound emails and phone calls. They will act as a liaison between customers and internal teams by utilizing customer account information to manage orders, promote products, process payments, and discuss collections. They will fulfill requests as needed while maintaining a high level of care and empathy for the customer.
Hours: Monday through Thursday -- 9:00-5:00pm, Friday 9:00-3:00pm
Reports to: Sales Manager

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Understand importance of marketing, sales, collections, and service
- Understand magazine mailing timeline and schedules.
- Ability to prepare written communication.
- Knowledge of customer service principles & practices with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in relevant computer applications and phone system with the ability to maneuver between systems.
- Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality.
- Have a good understanding of processes and procedures.
- Communicates clearly and professionally with a clear concise telephone voice.
- Remains calm and respectful when handling internal and external customer complaints or stressful circumstances.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ensure compliance with security standards by not sharing or disclosing cardholder information.
- Positive Attitude.
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual.
- Call center background recommended.
- Spanish (Bi-lingual) is a plus but not a requirement.

- Answer calls.
- Efficiently respond to emails.
- Utilize customer account information to manage and support customers.
- Process orders.
- Track shipments.
- Set up new customer information.
- Update and maintain existing customer account information.
- Take payment information and process payments.
- Make outbound calls to promote products to potential customers.
- Make outbound calls to discuss debts and collect payments.
- Provide administrative support to telemarketers.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams.
Education and Experience:
· High School diploma or equivalent.
Physical Demands:
- Sitting for extended periods of time.
- Using a headset for extended periods of time.
- Ability to see, hear and type.
- Able to perform repetitive mental and physical tasks.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
