What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Theatre Pharmacy?
We are seeking the highest caliber of personnel to assist us with providing high quality services to our customers. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to work at Theatre Pharmacy. Prior Experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred but not required. Job requires work every other weekend.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Comply with all applicable company policies and procedures.
2. Develop and maintain working knowledge of(i) current HME products and services offered by the Branch, and (ii) all applicable governmental regulations.
3. Maintains a working knowledge of available products and services offered by the store as required
4. Maintains pleasant and professional rapport with customer
5. Processes sales transactions for cash or credit sales according to store policies and procedures
6. Refers customer to appropriate staff regarding any applicable insurance guidelines regarding eligibility for coverage and reimbursement
7. Stocks and re-stocks retail areas with proper stock replacement
8. Informs management of stock orders that need re-ordering
9. Completes all accounting or close of day transactions as required by management in a timely manner.
10. Assist with prescription delivery preparation as necessary
11. Promote services and products to referral sources in the community as appropriate.
12. Assist with implementation of quality improvement program to meet company and accreditation standards.
13. Report equipment hazards and/or product incidents as required in accordance with company policies and procedures.
14. Dresses appropriately and maintains proper hygiene for work environment
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Attending high school or possess high school diploma
2. Effective verbal and written communication skills
3. Willingness to be trained on home medical equipment
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Sitting, standing, walking at desk or in the Pharmacy. Operation of office machinery and computer equipment. Occasionally lift/move items up to 50 pound. Visual abilities to include reading, distance vision and peripheral visionCustomer Service Representative
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Outbound calling experience is a plus
