Think Tell Junction We are seeking a dynamic and organized Event Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in delivering exceptional events that create memorable experiences for our clients and attendees. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a variety of events, including corporate conferences, social gatherings, and community events.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute events from conception to completion, ensuring high-quality standards
- Collaborate with clients to define event objectives and requirements
- Manage budgets, track expenses, and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers
- Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, and transportation
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and maximize attendance
- Oversee registration processes and manage on-site attendee experiences
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience as an event coordinator or relevant role in event management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexible schedule with a willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
