- Expertise in SAP EWM, IM, and MM modules, with a strong focus on configurations and business processes.

- Hands-on experience in Radio Frequency (RF) functionalities and Handling Unit/Batch Management processes.

Thinking Minds Inc.'s client is seeking a highly skilled SAP EWM & IM Analyst to lead and support global projects within their SAP S/4HANA environment. This role will involve optimizing and standardizing Warehouse Management and logistics processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the efficiency and scalability of warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end SAP EWM and IM processes, including configuration and customization.
- Support business processes related to Procure to Pay, Forecast to Fulfillment, and Stock Management.
- Design scalable SAP EWM configurations to optimize:
- Inbound/Outbound Logistics (receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping).
- Warehouse slotting and layout for efficiency.
- Cross-docking and transshipment operations.
- Yard management for trailer and container handling.
- Leverage real-time analytics in SAP S/4HANA for operational insights.
- Document and resolve issues via incident management and change requests.
- Coordinate unit testing, user acceptance testing, and go-live activities.
- Provide post-implementation support and monitor ongoing system performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and document as-is and to-be processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8 years of SAP consulting experience in EWM/MM, with proven implementation expertise.
- Proficiency in Handling Unit Management, Batch Management, and Logistics application environments.
- Comprehensive understanding of SAP interdependencies (e.g., PP, SD) and master data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in cross-department root cause analysis.
- Fluent in written and verbal English communication.
