Role Overview
The Vice President of Market Access is a high-energy leader driving TJP’s position as a premier partner in payer and patient access. This role spearheads the agency’s market and patient access strategy, fuels growth through strategic planning and client partnerships, and ensures TJP remains a leader in life sciences commercialization.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Scale the Market Access division, positioning TJP as an industry leader. Guide payer and patient access initiatives, providing strategic insight on policy trends and payer engagement.
- Client Partnerships: Serve as a senior expert for clients, fostering trust and delivering impactful access solutions. Drive the incorporation of real-world evidence (RWE) and health economics to enhance client strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to create integrated, data-driven campaigns that elevate client results. Ensure performance metrics guide ongoing improvements.
- Thought Leadership: Develop content and insights that position TJP as a market access authority. Represent TJP at conferences and industry events.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing, innovative team focused on continuous learning and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10 years in market access or related fields, with 5 in leadership. Proven success in payer engagement and strategic client management.
- Skills: Expert knowledge of U.S. and international healthcare systems. Proficiency in data-driven strategies, policy analysis, and economic principles.
- Leadership: Demonstrated team-building and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
- Communication: Strong presentation skills and experience in thought leadership.
- Strategic Focus: Client-centric approach with the ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
