Responsibilities
- Employee Engagement Strategy
- Support and advise employee engagement strategies and programs to enhance morale, productivity, and retention.
- Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to assess engagement levels and identify areas for improvement.
- Culture & Diversity Initiatives
- Foster a culture of inclusivity and belonging by partnering with leadership and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) teams.
- Organize cultural events, recognition programs, and team-building activities aligned with company values.
- Communication & Change Management
- Act as a liaison between employees and leadership to facilitate open communication and address concerns.
- Support change management initiatives by ensuring employees are informed, engaged, and supported during transitions.
- Recognition & Rewards
- Design and manage employee recognition and reward programs to celebrate achievements and milestones.
- Collaborate with HR teams to integrate engagement strategies into performance management processes.
- Training & Development
- Work with Learning & Development teams to provide training that enhances employee engagement and leadership effectiveness.
- Facilitate workshops and seminars on topics such as team collaboration, communication, and leadership.
- Metrics & Reporting
- Track and analyze engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of initiatives and recommend improvements.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership on engagement trends and strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement or organizational development.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful employee engagement programs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Experience in managing DEI initiatives and fostering a diverse workplace environment.
- Proficiency in using HR analytics tools and platforms to measure employee engagement.
- Certification in HR or Organizational Development (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
