What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Manager position at Tierra West LLC?
We are looking for a full time Super Star Assistant Manager.
You must be fluent in Spanish and English, as we have residents and prospects who may speak very little English. You must have prior property management experience, good computer skills, be able to learn and navigate software. Have good verbal and written communication
Looking for somebody with at least have at least 2 years in home or apartment leasing and have a strong customer service presence.
Job duties will include but are not limited to;
- Greets, assists, and leases homes to all prospective residents who call or enter the community.
- Ensures appearance of the model home and target homes are acceptable for showing.
- Must be aware of the curb appeal of the community.
- Assists the manager with inspections, warnings and postings.
- Accepts and completes required application information from the prospective residents.
- Creates all lease documents and facilitates getting all parties to sign where required.
- Maintains and updates Call Log and Sign in Log.
- Assists Community Manager in ensuring all property marketing is current, accurate, relevant and tracking results.
- Responsible for daily marketing efforts through Craigslist and/or other outreach.
- Helps Community Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program.
- Assist Community Manager with monthly, weekly and daily organization and running of the community.
Maintain office and lobby appearance.
Regular hours will be Monday thru Friday 9:00am - 5:00 pm. Compensation depends on experience but will include hourly and commissions on sales with possible housing discounts for the right candidate.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
