10 Barrel Brewing Co started back in 2006 with three guys in Bend, Oregon who shared one simple mindset; brew beer, drink beer, and have fun doing it. Since then our brewery has grown but we will always stay the same...Rough morning? Grab a beer. Powder day? The “gone skiing” sign goes up. Too hot to work? Mandatory company float. You get the picture...Here’s to living it up with a beer in hand.

• Operation of two- four vessel, 50 BBL brew systems
• Brewhouse support including wort production, raw material gathering, CIP of vessels, and yeast pitching.
• Cellar support including tank CIPs, transfers/ centrifugation, yeast management, dry hopping, DO/CO2 Analysis, fruiting, and cocktail production.
• Work directly with Brewing Management team and Lead Brewers on improving Safety, Quality and Production practices. Drive and sustain new ideas.

Wage: USD $21/hr. Experience will be the determining factor.

• Thorough knowledge of the food and beverage industry.
• Sound analytical skills (mathematics, organization, etc.).
• Ability to manage people in a high-stress, fast-paced working environment.
• Proficiency in all office-related software including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to create and maintain a high quality working environment for employees.
• Ability to deal tactfully with difficult customers.
