Key Responsibilities

• Perform periodic assessments of residential properties to evaluate their state and determine needed repairs or upkeep.
• Execute minor fabrication work to rectify or improve property features.
• Carry out electrical repair work and installations, adhering to all safety regulations.
• Utilize welding techniques for structural repairs or enhancements on residences.
• Perform interior and exterior painting tasks to enhance aesthetic value and protect surfaces.
• Care for and maintain tools and equipment utilized in property maintenance activities.
• Oversee maintenance personnel and liaise with contractors for specialized tasks.
