Job Requirements
- Confirm orders and update truck schedules.
- Assign trucks based on order requirements and ensure fair distribution.
- Enter delivery details, including tonnage, cycle times, and scheduling.
- Notify haulers of assignments and manage them throughout the day.
- Ensure efficient flow of materials and adjust as needed for optimal project execution.
- Conduct daily wrap-up and ensure accurate load and ticket counts.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software
