Key Responsibilities:
- Create data dictionaries with input from data stewards
- Meet with stakeholders to document report requirements
- Work with the business and IT to understand and document current business processes and identify opportunities to streamline processes and reporting
- Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure that the delivered solutions meet business requirements and adhere to data governance and security standards
- 8 years of experience:
- Analyzing complex systems and processes in order to evaluate alternatives and make recommendations
- Translating technical information into layman's terms and actively listen to understand stakeholder needs; creating documentation
- Collaborating with diverse teams and negotiate between different stakeholders' requirements
- Understanding business processes and objectives in order to align technical solutions with business goals
- Prioritizing tasks and meet deadlines; manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Identify and mitigate risks
- Adapt to changes in the project
- 4 years of experience retrieving, manipulateing, and combining data from multiple sources using SQL in order to derive insights
The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
