Role: Sr Technical Business Analyst

Hybrid schedule: 1 day/week on site required w/monthly requirement to attend on site mtg the second Tuesday of each month (and add'l days at management discretion).
Responsibilities
- SDLC Expertise: Lead and provide subject matter expertise in all phases of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for the GACAPS system.
- System Functionality: Ensure GACAPS aligns with business goals and maintains an in-depth understanding of its features.

Requirement Management:
- Elicit, document, and manage functional/non-functional requirements as user stories.
- Participate in requirement-gathering sessions with diverse stakeholders.
- Review and provide feedback on technical requirements from vendors.
- User Acceptance Testing: Develop and execute UAT scripts to ensure quality deliverables.
- Issue Analysis and Resolution: Analyze bugs/issues, recommend resolutions, and coordinate with relevant teams.
- Process Documentation: Create and maintain clear business/systematic process flows and communicate changes to end-users.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure seamless project outcomes.
- Change Management: Support the development of change management plans and facilitate statewide user support.
Qualifications
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Four years of experience as a liaison on technology development projects.

Two years of experience in:
- Automating and documenting business processes.
- Creating user stories using tools such as JIRA, DevOps, or Microsoft Project.
- Advanced skills in:
- Microsoft Word and Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
- PowerPoint.
- Holding certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA is highly desirable.

Compensation: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
