About the Role:
Job Title: Business System Analyst
Responsibilities:
- ERP Support: Assist with ERP system updates, configurations, and changes.
- Testing: Conduct testing and ensure quality before implementation.
- Documentation: Maintain system documentation and share updates with stakeholders.
- Monitoring: Track and evaluate production changes.
- Implementation: Manage implementation and release processes.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with reconciliation applications, specifically Frontier Recon Plus.
- Proven experience supporting documentation and testing processes.
- Familiarity with AWS
Locations: Richmond, VA (Hybrid)
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $90K – $110K annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
