Business Technical Analyst
Contract: 1 Year
Hybrid: Tuesday and Thursday Onsite

Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned functional applications and processes to assist business lines with developing processes, workflows and tools that maximize productivity.
- Provide platform release support including research, analysis, review, implementation and business line acceptance testing.
- Support efforts including implementations, enhancements, optimization activities and ongoing maintenance.
- Support meeting and exceeding Incremental Revenue and Client Satisfaction targets.
- Help support the operational efficiency of team members who configure and execute interactive offers of the optimization process according to set test plans, implementation schedules and documents
- Support the effort to meet all deliverables for implementation activities, enhancements, optimization activities and ongoing maintenance.
- Instrumental in meeting and exceeding Incremental Revenue and Client Satisfaction targets.
- Perform regression testing for platform releases.
- Perform functional testing and resolution for new platform enhancements.
- Support testing efforts for the CORE UI Application.
- Coordinate with IT/QA, business owner and project team members to ensure test plans and test cases are comprehensive.
- Work closely with teams across lines of business to include: Platform team, Solutions, Product Owner and others to drive improvement in quality, volume, service, and profitability.
- Proactively identify and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Have a deep understanding of the CORE Platform and best practices around Implementations.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience.
- Deep understanding of technical processes including quality control, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and requests
- Strong analytical and interpretive skills
- Strong ability to troubleshoot issues, identifying root causes and support development team in development of resolutions
- Ability to develop best practices
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving
- Excellent oral and written communications
- Database skills (Oracle and/or SQL Server) and Advanced SOAP/Postman knowledge
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education
