Part Time Tarper

Come join TMC Transportation. We are looking for Tarpers to join our team. Contingent offers pending background.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Tarp pre-loaded trailers per customer requirement
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Apply pre-protective covering to secure loads
• Operate forklift (preferred)
• Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma preferred
• Strong work history and ethic
• comfortable working outdoors in all weather and environments

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Ability to lift 80lbs
• Ability to climb on and off of truck trailers and loads
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

• Fort Dodge, IA 50501: Relocate before starting work (Required)
