As a Concierge Your Average Day Will Include
- Greet all residents and greet and direct all visitors, contractors and vendors in the building
- Confirm with homeowners any contractor or visitor appointments before permitting entry
- Respond promptly and in a professional manner to phone calls, emails and voicemails
- Deliver communications to Residents in the building through BuildingLink system
- Responsible for providing expected Concierge services available to all residents, including but not limited to package and dry cleaning receiving, help with access to the building, taxi/transportation reservations, recommend services and provide resources when requested
- Facilitate the handling of complaints or grievances from residents and escalate to property manager for follow up as necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby at all times
- Maintain BuildingLink/KeyLink system including Reservations, Emails, Calendar/Events, Package Inventory/Receiving, Front Desk Instructions and more
- Effectively communicate with the Community Manager, Building Maintenance Supervisor, Porters, Concierge Team Members, Residents/Owners, Visitors, Real Estate Agents, security contractor, and vendors/contractors
- Manage the Concierge Desk throughout shift
- Support Community Manager and Building Maintenance Supervisor with tasks and projects as requested
- Respond to security and emergency situations as per building instructions
- Monitor Security Cameras throughout shift and follow up as necessary
- Respond as trained to building emergencies
- Gain full working knowledge of the building’s rules and regulations.
