Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Hybrid Data Analyst in the Planning Department at Toll International LLC. The role involves daily tasks such as analyzing data, creating data models, utilizing statistical techniques, and effectively communicating findings. While the role is primarily based in New York, NY, remote work is also accommodated.

Job Opportunity: Data Analyst - Planning Department at Toll International
Toll International is currently seeking a qualified Data Analyst for immediate full-time assignment in the Planning Department to support project delivery services. This role requires a dynamic individual with expertise in data collection, quantitative analysis, and research to drive informed decisions within the transportation and infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quantitative, statistical, and qualitative analyses related to transportation.
- Manage data collection from publicly available sources (Census, USDOT, BLS, FRED, etc.).
- Perform benefit-cost analyses, economic impact studies, and econometric forecasting.
- Organize and present data effectively using Excel for clear knowledge transfer.
- Utilize programming tools like R and Python for automating data extraction.
- Carry out targeted research, perform literature reviews, and generate insightful reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in transportation, statistical, or economics analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Familiarity with analytical tools such as R, Python, EViews, Stata, etc.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Ability to work from the office at least three days a week (Hybrid role).

- Programming and Analytics: Python, R, SQL, Excel, Looker, Jupyter, Spark
- Machine Learning and Data Science: Regression, neural networks, clustering/classification, statistical modeling, NLP
