Our Tree Care Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of their tree care jobs. Top priorities are ensuring the safety of crew members, ensuring the industry's best job quality, achieving optimal customer satisfaction, and producing desired profit margins. Our Tree Care Supervisors are able to maintain excellent working relationships with employees while ensuring safety is a top priority for their team. Ensure all crew members are complying with all safety procedures at all times. Oversee the performance of specialized pruning and takedowns, installations of cabling and bracing, and the operation of equipment. Inspect diverse species of trees for damage from insects, injury, and disease. Utilize your expertise to recommend solutions to address any client concerns. Assist with securing any required environmental, safety, and / or right-of-way permits. Manage tree care work schedule. Manage each job's budget with the goal of achieving the budgeted margin. Consistently focus on promoting safety first. Serve as an enthusiastic role model of all organizational policies and procedures. Handle workplace injuries and incidents following proper HR and safety protocols.
