Responsibilities:
- Filing / Organize documents as needed
- Answer & make calls to customers/vendors as needed
- Back-up to our Receptionist
- Maintain records.
- Follow up with customers to ensure payment commitments are being met.
- Work in a team environment.
- Process Invoices
- Performs other job duties as assigned
- Must work well in fast paced environments
