Qualifications and Skills— Winder Operators
*Please go over the requirements below as they are required for ALL positions.
There are several requirements needed as a manufacturing associate including:
- Ability to work with Fiberglass & Plastic materials
- Ability to withstand heat
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. repetitively
- Ability to stand 8-10 hrs/day
- Ability to work as a team
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Attention to detail
- Manufacturing experience preferred

Compensation— Manufacturing Associate
- Pay based on experience
