TOPP Industries, Inc. is a family owned manufacturing company who has been in the wastewater industry for 30 years!
Due to growth, we have opened up another line of manufacturing and TOPP Industries, Inc. in Rochester, Indiana is looking for an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to help lead our employees. This supervisor position would be hands on in our growing staff of employees.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to:
- Establish and monitor overall department performance for production and quality standards
- Control and monitor overall department performance
- Provide leadership to accomplish company goals and objectives
- Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching
- Hop in and learn the manufacturing processes
- Maintain inventory of product to meet company goals
- (Fiberglass experience would be helpful, but is not a must)
