- TOPP Industries is looking for a qualified team member with production and supervisory experience to join our Pre-Fabrication Department in Rochester, Indiana!
The ideal candidate will have the ability to:
- Establish and monitor overall plant performance for production and quality standards
- Control and monitor overall plant performance
- Provide leadership to accomplish company goals and objectives
- Provide direction, development, and leadership to production staff
- Provide hands-on assistance to production lines
- Maintain inventory of product to meet company goals
Roles and Responsibilities - Pre-Fab Supervisor
- Assembling plumbing in fiberglass basins for lift stations
- Assembling Steel Guide Rails (SGR)
- Boxing up finished SGR’s
- Maintain production within quality standards
- Direct department and lead with a positive outlook
Qualifications and Skills - Pre-Fab Supervisor
- Ability to follow blueprints
- Ability to read a tape measure to 1/8"
- Ability to add and subtract fractions
- Experience with hand tools
- Willing to work in small spaces
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet production goals
- Plumbing experience preferred
