Total Fire Protection is seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Fire Sprinkler New Construction Sales representative. This role is pivotal in driving sales for new construction projects, including schools, resorts, hotels, warehouses, industrial centers, and residential high-rises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Bidding: Develop bids and proposals for new construction projects, including layout and design of fire sprinkler systems using design software.
- Project Management: Oversee the bidding process, ensuring all technical and logistical aspects of sprinkler systems are accounted for.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
- System Knowledge: Be well-versed in the design, installation, and operation of various fire sprinkler systems, including wet, dry, and pre-action systems.
- Market Focus: Focus on local markets and expand into other opportunities, particularly in sectors such as education, hospital, industrial, and residential high-rise construction.
- Field Work: Conduct on-site visits for accurate measurements, site assessments, and client meetings to determine the best sprinkler system design.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in fire sprinkler system design, installation, and sales.
- Technical Skills: Able to read and interpret blueprints. Experience in fire sprinkler design programs a plus.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in using computers, tablets, and other technology tools for design, communication, and documentation.
- Valid Driver's License: Must have a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of fire sprinkler system components and industry codes.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $50,000 - $100,000 per year, plus commission
- Commission: Semi-annual commission structure
