IT Infrastructure Manager

Who are we seeking?
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT engineering, with a focus on designing, implementing, and managing IT infrastructures.
- Proficiency in various IT systems, including network protocols, server management, and cybersecurity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, ITIL, or equivalent is highly desirable.
What will you be doing?
- IT Infrastructure Design and Implementation:
- Defines the scope of IT projects, analyzes requirements and objectives, documents project progress and milestones, and executes to reach objectives as it relates to infrastructure and networking.
- Seeks ways to streamline and improve IT processes.
- Incident Management and Prevention:
- Responds to and works closely with other IT support resources to resolve IT issues.
- Identifies recurring IT issues and works with partners to prevent them.
- IT Services Management:
- Identifies and recommends sources for IT services, places orders with vendors.
- Approves invoices and resolves invoicing issues with IT service providers.
- Coordinates installation of IT services and equipment with service providers and IT partners.
- IT Security:
- Recommends Security tools and enhancements
- Recommends elements of the company's IT security posture consistent with applicable standards.
- Ensures that approved elements of IT security posture are maintained and enforced.
- IT Record Keeping:
- Assists with preparing IT budget (CSO & communities).
- Maintains records for tracking IT equipment for easy and quick document retrieval.
- Maintains records for IT contract
