The Engineering Inspector I - LTA position reports to the Engineering Inspections Supervisor.

The Engineering Inspector I - LTA position reports to the Engineering Inspections Supervisor.
The primary job duties of this position include:
- Perform inspections and coordinate related inspection activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, specifications, plans and ordinances.
- Review building and site plans, engineering reports, electrical diagrams and other inspection-related documents.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of inspections and code compliance activities.
- Document and enter inspection information in computer databases.
- Coordinate with all parties to obtain and verify approval of plans or to facilitate proper procedures in adherence to codes, regulations and standards.

- 1-2 years of experience such as engineering, project management, construction inspection, materials testing, or related field (Engineering)
- Any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job classification.
- Valid AZ Driver's License.
