Building Monitor II
Part-time (Non-Benefitted)5 hours per week
Hours: The current need is for 4:30pm to 9:45pm and additional evenings and/or weekend days & evenings as needed to substitute.
Hourly rate: $20.00 per hour
Locations: Community Senior Center, 117 East Central Street or 179 Boden Lane and area community service facilities as needed in Natick.
Duties: Ensure proper use of the Community Service Department buildings by groups scheduled during evening and weekend hours. Responsible for the timely opening, monitoring and closing of the center and remaining on site while the building is in use. Perform room and audio visual set up; maintain program records; greet, answer inquiries and/or enroll visitors in programs. Complete security checks. Notify the supervisor with reports of any issues.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two years of relevant experience. Excellent customer service and communications skills, basic computer skills and ability to work independently.
